Shipping can take between 1-5 business working days depending on the shipping option you have chosen.
eKit offers next business day delivery in the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom. Simply request next business day delivery when you place your order with Customer service. Orders must be placed by 4pm local time.
eKit can deliver up to 30 days from the current date. Delayed delivery is only available to the US.
eKit ships to the United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom
at this time. We currently do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii in the US.
Hostels, hotels and motels
eKit cannot ship to hostels, hotels, motels or a PO Box address. Shipping to a home or work address only.

eKit offers tracking on all orders. When your order has been processed you will receive an email that contains your tracking number and a link to a website for you to track your order.
Damaged in transit
If goods arrive in damaged condition, you must contact the shipping company immediately.
Lost or missing orders
If goods are lost or missing, use your tracking number to track your order.
If you receive incorrect or incomplete goods, please contact Customer service as soon as possible.
